Return & Exchange Policy

At M&R Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Once your return request is approved,
  • you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong size or would like to exchange your item for another size, we offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Processing Time
  • Return and exchange requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
  • Once approved and the item is received, processing may take 1–2+ business days.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable Items
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Used, worn, or washed items
  • Items returned without original tags
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
